How long will it take to scan my location?
The amount of time to scan each location is dependant upon the square footage, the number of floors/levels and accessibility (ie: roof tops, garages... etc). Additionally, weather and location can also play a factor in how long each scan will take.

Once the scanning is complated, how long will it take before I receive my virtual tour?
Typically, 48-72 hours is the time nessessary to process your scans, and convert them for integration for access via your portal account.
How long will my virtual tours be available to me?
In short, for as long your account remains active, your scans will always be abvailable to you.
How can I share my virtual tours?
You can share a secure link which is password protected in order to share your 3D virtual tours with individuals, vendors, supplier, maintenance crews and/or the general public.
Additionally, should you wish to display these tours on your own site, a code snippet is available via your portal account.
